My name is Maddie and I am here to share my little brothers story, who was diagnosed with schizophrenia when he was 16 years old and fought a 5 year battle until he commit suicide a month before his 21st birthday. I know these topics are dark, but i want to start the conversation on how real these illnesses are and end the stigma surrounding mental health.
